If you’re wanting to tone up for the new year, I have something that may interested you.
I have a Precor AMT for sale. It’s a full commercial machine that moves through its motion from cross-trainer to stepper. Go from long strides backwards and forwards to up and down.
It’s self powered so you can have it running anywhere. I think it has over 20 levels of resistance and several programs to keep you challenged .
This machine will tone your upper body and your lower body.
It’s a very sturdy machine made from very heavy duty materials designed to be used for over 8 hours a day by 100 kg plus people.
This is no creaky $500 special, you will never experience frame flex on this machine. This machine has a very fluid motion with full stride and resistance.
It’s about 7 years old with heaps of life left in it. It sold new for about $13,000 but I’m selling it for $2,500 and I’ll put a 1 year warranty on it.
If you’re interested give me a call or txt on 021 10 10 9 10 or message me
Is your treadmill, cross-trainer, multi-gym, rower or bike not going? Maybe your exercycle is making an unusual sound? Or it just feels wrong. Your treadmill may have been sitting in the spare room for a few months and now it won’t power up or it comes up with an error code e1, error code e0, error code e7 or error code LS (looks like L5)? Maybe your cross-trainer is making a clunking sound or is stuck on full resistance? Maybe there’s no resistance. Have you just purchased a treadmill and you just want to know how to look after it? Maybe you just bought a multi-gym and it needs a service. Maybe your concept 2 rower won’t retract, maybe the chains come off or it’s slipping when you row. Maybe you just feel it’s time to service your concept 2 rower and want an idea of the cost.
These are the sort of problems with fitness equipment we deal with on a daily basis so I’ve set up this post so you can ask me some questions about any your fitness equipment problems you’re having. I may be able to steer you in the right direction or give you an idea about how much it may cost to fix your fitness equipment. Even if you’re new to treadmills, cross-trainers, rowers, bikes, and multi-gyms. Maybe you’re just about to buy a piece of fitness equipment and just want to know what to look for, just ask me here.
And remember the most important thing you can do to prolong the life of your treadmill is to lubricate between the treadmill running belt and deck. It’s easy to do and only takes a couple of minutes every 2 to 3 months. And remember that if you haven’t used your treadmill for a while check to see if it’s dry between your treadmills running belt and deck. The chances are the treadmill lubricate has dried out and you could do a significant amount of damage to your treadmill by prematurely wearing the belt and deck, which will overload your treadmills electronics.
Hi did you know that most home treadmills need lubricating between the running belt and deck?
Lubricating your treadmill belt will prolong the life of your treadmill considerably.
The underside surface of your treadmills running belt slides against your treadmills running deck. That’s the solid surface under your belt that you run on. If it’s dry between your treadmills running belt and deck it creates more friction and heat and wears out these surfaces, creating more heat and friction.
The motor and electronics that drive your motor have to work a lot harder to overcome the extra friction, which causes the motor and electronics to overheat and fail.
If you have to replace your treadmills motor, electronics, running belt and deck it becomes costly. So if you’ve bought a cheap machine it may be a throwaway.
So if you haven’t been lubricating your treadmills belt make it a priority before you use it again.
It’s easy to do and well worth the effort. If you’re buying a second-hand treadmill see what sort of maintenance the previous owners have carried out and if they even know about lubricating between the belt and deck.

F63 Sole Treadmill Technology
The Engineering team at Sole is concerned with a basic design and an emphasis on durable made treadmills. With the market expecting a quality made folding product, a stable base, and a quiet machine, Sole works to achieve and meet these consumer demands.
Folding Deck Design – Easy Assist – Sole Fitness offers the best folding treadmill design on the market. Their design features a patented all gear rack and pinion system with the Safety Lock Deck design that locks the deck into place when the treadmill is in the upright position. The F63 also comes with the Easy Assist folding deck design, this unique feature allows you to release the deck, step back and the deck will unfold itself effortlessly while you watch. The Easy Assist folding deck design is unique to Sole and makes unfolding your treadmill all too easy.
Convenient Controls – Users want to have the freedom of increasing speed and incline quickly, the display features quick speed/incline buttons along the sides of the LCD making it extremely convenient and easy to control and maintain your workout.
Precision Welded Frame – Accurate and precise welding is important when designing a treadmill. The durability of a product begins with a strong frame, capable of handling multiple users of various weights and heights.
Large Light Commercial Display Screen – The Sole LCD console display makes workouts easier and more effective. A vibrant blue screen with large clean readouts provides users with helpful information, such as Heart Rate, Speed, Pace, Calories burned and many other useful bits of information.
Message Board – Sole is proud to offer integrated message boards on most of our models. What is the Sole Message Board? It is an alphanumeric text center that sends scrolling messages to the user in an effort to guide them through all of the details of every workout. Ever wonder how to set up the user profile workout? Just push the user profile button the message board will walk you through the rest. Think of the message board as having someone standing next to you reading from the owner’s manual on what to do next in just about every function of the treadmill. The message board will also recap your entire workout after you are finished, so you can see your progress.
High Torque Motors with Flywheels – All Sole treadmills feature the heaviest duty chassis and motors in their class. Beginning with powder coated all-steel welded frames and heavy-duty stable inclines, we add industrial quality motors with large diameter, all-steel zinc coated balanced flywheels for a vibration-free secure running/walking surface. Flywheels are added to the motors to ensure they run cooler with less amp draw and extend the life of the motor.
Rollers – When Sole chose the rollers for their treadmill line they went with only the best and outfitted all their treadmills with the same high-end rollers that most people only offer on $5000 treadmills. Sole use 2.5″ rollers with sealed bearing design and copper ground wires for each roller to reduce static. Larger rollers make for a larger contact surface against the belt and longer roller and belt life. This makes for smooth, quiet, static free motion that will stand the test of time.
Belts – Sole use double woven 2-ply belts with four layers on almost all of their treadmills. Two rubber layers over a middle PVC layer with a nylon backing that rolls over the deck and rollers. The rubber provides the durability, the PVC stops the belt from over-stretching and the nylon provides a smooth static free surface to glide over the deck and rollers.
Bulletproof frames – All Sole treadmills feature epoxy powder coated paint, baked to appliance finish durability. This finish protects the all-steel construction, along with welded steel, not bolted, their frames are indestructible thus the lifetime warranty.
www.TreadmillDoctor.com – There are several companies on the internet that review Treadmills but none is more honest or straight forward than TreadmillDoctor.com. He tells it like it is and pulls no punches on the quality; or lack thereof, of the treadmill. The amount of traffic that he gets on his site has set him up as the premier location for treadmill research. Sole has had a relationship with the Doctor for the past 7 years and he has high regard for their treadmills and considers them a huge value in both quality and service. The Treadmill Doctor has spoken and Sole has passed with flying colors.
